Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
